DAYANG SOFT ("we") operates FightOneGame (fightonegame.com, the "Service") and respects your privacy.

1. Information we collect

[Guest play] When you play without an account, we create a random identifier (cookie) for your browser and link your game records to it: play start/end times, mode, score, saved progress and achievements. We do not ask for your name or contact details.

[Google sign-in] When you sign in, we receive your Google account ID, name, email address and profile photo URL to create your account, and move your guest records into it.

[Collected automatically] Access logs (IP address, browser and device information, time, pages visited, referrer) and cookies are created. Visit statistics store only an anonymous value that changes daily instead of your IP address.

2. How we use it

To save your progress and let you continue on other devices, provide leaderboards and achievements, block cheating, operate and improve the Service, analyze usage, remember your language, and serve and measure advertising.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to identify guests, keep you signed in, and remember your language and sound settings.

The Service may show ads from third-party vendors, including Google, and may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. These vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits or to analyze usage. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

You can block cookies in your browser, but some features, such as saving guest progress, will not work.

4. Retention

Account information and game records: kept until you delete your account, then deleted immediately.

Guest records: deleted after one year without play.

Access logs: kept for up to one year for security and statistics, unless the law requires longer retention.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell or share your information. Sign-in uses Google LLC's authentication service, and the advertising and analytics vendors above may process information through cookies. Service data is stored on servers in the Republic of Korea.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your information and game records at any time by emailing us. You can also disconnect the app in your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com).

7. Children

The Service is for all ages, but children under 14 may not create an account with Google sign-in without a parent's or guardian's consent. If we learn that we collected such a child's information without consent, we delete it immediately.
